3. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment processing is subject to our Payment Policy and the terms of the applicable payment provider.
Customers should ensure that their payment method remains valid and available throughout the pre-order process.
4. Pre-Order Pricing
The price displayed at the time of purchase generally applies to the pre-order unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change for future orders, but a price change after a completed pre-order does not automatically change the price of an existing order.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, HoloGem reserves the right to contact the customer before fulfillment.
5. Shipping Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are generally shipped after they become available for fulfillment.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the items may be shipped together after the pre-order becomes available unless separate shipment is arranged or offered.
Where applicable, shipping options and any additional charges will be presented at checkout.
6. Multiple Pre-Order Products
If an order contains multiple pre-order products with different estimated release dates, HoloGem may wait until the relevant products are available before shipping the order together.
Alternatively, products may be shipped separately where operationally appropriate.
Customers should review the individual product listings before placing an order containing multiple pre-order items.
7. Release Delays
Although we work to fulfill pre-orders as soon as products become available, HoloGem does not control manufacturer or distributor release schedules.
If a release is delayed, the pre-order may remain active until the product becomes available, unless otherwise communicated or cancelled in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
8. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Cancellation requests are subject to the status of the order and applicable consumer protection laws.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Return & Refund Policy may apply instead.
9. HoloGem-Initiated Cancellations
In certain circumstances, HoloGem may need to cancel a pre-order.
This may occur if:

HoloGem reserves the right to cancel or adjust orders that appear to circumvent stated purchase limits, subject to applicable law.
11. Product Changes
Manufacturers may modify packaging, artwork, product contents, specifications, or other details before release.
If a manufacturer makes changes to a pre-order product, the final product may differ from preliminary images or information displayed when the pre-order was placed.
12. Product Availability
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee that a specific manufacturer production quantity will remain unchanged.
HoloGem relies on availability from suppliers and distributors and will make reasonable efforts to fulfill accepted pre-orders.
If we cannot fulfill an accepted pre-order, we will contact the affected customer regarding the available resolution.
